I am a fully qualified Five Element Acupuncturist. I consider the root cause of dis-ease, pain or discomfort and practice ‘whole-person’ medicine, considering all parts of you and how different factors may be affecting your health .
My own connection with acupuncture and Chinese medicine began over 10 years ago when treatment improved both my physical and mental wellbeing after returning to the UK following briefly living in Africa. Throughout my own treatment journey as a patient - I have found many benefits to acupuncture, including helping managing symptoms relating to a PCOS diagnosis, stress, better sleep, pain relief and improved energy levels.
I now wish to help others in the same way with this ancient healing modality. My background before acupuncture, ranged from public relations in the fashion industry to international development – ultimately, I found my way back to what I feel is my authentic path, helping others.
My approach to treatment
I take time to understand your story and offer a space to slow down and simply be — a rare gift in today’s fast-paced world. The treatment room is a calm, compassionate environment where healing begins, both physically and emotionally.
Acupuncture helps reconnect you with your body and lived experience, especially in a time of growing disconnection.
Visit the Treatments page to learn more about how it may support your health.
I work with individuals facing a range of challenges, including autoimmune and chronic conditions, pain, mental health, and women’s health.

I graduated from The Acupuncture Academy in 2024 and was awarded a Distinction for their Professional Licentiate in Acupuncture, which is a three year degree qualification accredited by the British Acupuncture Accreditation Board. My training was extensive and covered all aspects of Chinese medical and acupuncture theory, with a focus on the Five-Element approach. From March-August 2023 I trained under the close clinical supervision of Sarah Matheson.
Previous to gaining my licentiate, I spent a further two years studying specifically the Five-Elements style of acupuncture, following a Master-Student style apprenticeship programme which is a common teaching modality of Chinese medicine. This means I have a strong grounding in treating from the Five Element perspective.
I am a member of the British Acupuncture Council and adhere to the Council’s Codes of Safe Practice and Professional Conduct. British Acupuncture Council members are also registered with the Professional Standards Authority which is a government body set up to regulate health and social care providers, and is accountable to Parliament.
My clinic is licensed by Brighton & Hove Council and Mid Sussex Council, and I hold full medical malpractice and public/products liability insurance cover.

I have a special interest in Women’s Health, from menarche to post-menopause. I am passionate about supporting women to advocate for themselves and reclaim control of their bodies, health and the care they receive. Conventional treatment for intimate health issues can often have complex emotional implications which take a toll on relationships and daily life; by incorporating women in their own healing journeys, I believe we can find compassionate routes of enquiry where women feel truly seen and listened to. I offer a gentle holistic approach to treating individuals with a wide range of conditions including; Endometriosis, PCOS, PMS, PMDD, menstrual issues, hormonal imbalances and symptoms relating to perimenopause, menopause and beyond.
The integration of conventional & holistic medicine is another area of interest which I am actively engaged in, I recently attended the IPM conference in London to learn about the latest research in integrative and personalised medicine. The modern practice of Functional Medicine and ancient teachings of Chinese medicine are both concerned with the root cause of disease. I am also a member of the College of Medicine and Integrated Health – a registered charity which works to advocate for a new attitude to healthcare: an emphasis on prevention and a multi-faceted approach to empower a healthier, happier population.
